We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery — and return shipping is on us.
Free Returns Within 30 Days
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or exchange. We cover the cost of sending the item back, so returning costs you nothing.
What Can Be Returned
- Items that are unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
- All original tags still attached
- Your order number as proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@lumeralondon.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- Our team will reply with return instructions for your order, including how to send the item back free of charge.
- Send the item back following those instructions.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Just tell us in your email and we’ll arrange the exchange, subject to availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
